Vitamins
I think that taking additional vitamins is a very good idea, but I don’t think a pill will help anyone achieve long term weight loss. However, I don’t think it’s possible for most people to get their RDA just from the foods they eat, and that supplementation is necessary in this day and age.
But what kind of vitamins are necessary and what are just a waste of money? Right now, I take a good multiple, some calcium, and acidophilus for my stomach. Oh, I also take lecithin when I remember because it seems to help with CTS as well as keeping my joints a bit looser. I think I’m going to do more research and find out if there’s anything else I should be taking.
