Jumping Jacks make you smarter?

This article claims that studies show that exercise boosts brain power. Scientists used magnetic resonance imaging scans to see that mice grew new brain cells after exercise. Then they also found the same patterns in human brains as well, by using MRIs to examine people before and after exercise.
