Article:”Exercising harder keeps weight off longer”
Some scientists are claiming that the results of their new study shows that engaging in high levels of exercise over the long haul will result in the best results of losing weight and keeping it off. However, they acknowledge that only 13 of the 154 people who completed the study were able to sustain the level of activity needed to burn 2,500 calories per week (equivalent to a 75-minute walk daily.)
Personally, I think that’s one of the reasons why so many fail at exercise programs. They start off with the best intentions but they try to do too much too soon. As a result, they burn out and end up quitting any exercise program before they see any sustainable results. What is needed, in my opinion, is a study of people that started off exercising at a slow pace then built into this kind of high level exercise.

If you’re like most people, you’ve never heard of Synsepalum dulcificum, or more commonly known as the Miracle Fruit Plant. When a person eats it, a protein molecule in the fruit binds to the taste buds and will cause sour and bitter foods to taste sweet. This can last up up to two hours. However, it is not a sweetener and it does not sweeten any foods, it only only sweetens bitter and sour tastes due to the reaction of the taste buds. In Japan, it is sold in freeze-dried, canned and tablet forms, but its introduction in the U.S. has been rather slow because the fruit is highly perishable.
