How to get in the habit of exercising

This article has an interesting idea about how to get started exercising. Let’s face it, a lot of us want to exercise, but we need to teach ourselves how to find the time. This writer says that a person should set aside time each week (like 30 minutes) to sit and think about exercising. No tv, no internet, no distractions.

This should be done for a minimum of three weeks, in order to train yourself to exercise at this time. After three weeks, you’ll have built the habit of setting this time aside for yourself and it should help to keep to your exercise schedule.
