Secret to weight loss success: Eat Less, Move More

An American man won a trip to a weight loss boot camp in China. (Click here for CNN video.) Originally weighing over 600 pounds, he has lost 200 pounds so far without having any form of weight loss surgery. He still weighs around 400 pounds but I think he is an admirable example of someone that has succeeded in changing their size by changing their lifestyle.

I know we all hope there’s a secret way of turning skinny overnight with little or no effort. But the truth of the matter is that there is no easy way to lose weight. It’s a battle that has to be fought every day, day in and day out. Congratulations to the man in the video, it looks like he is winning his own personal war.

    That is sure right! There is no instant or easy way in loosing weight. It is easy and fast to gain weight but not on loosing all those unwanted fats! I am a new mom and I am too on my way to loosing my unwanted friends.. hehehe… Nice one!
